- Photographer's transportation costs to and from the location within the Colorado Springs/Monument metro area (travel fee may be incurred outside of this area).
- Internet "virtual tour" page available for use with any all websites and marketing material you wish to place it on.
- Client "administration section" on the web, allowing you to edit listing prices and see detailed statistics about who is looking at your information and exactly what they are looking at.

Bronze Package  $129.00
 - Up to 4 virtual tour scenes
 - Still photos of the entire property

Silver Package  $159.00
 - Up to 6 virtual tour scenes
 - Still photos of the entire property

Gold Package  $199.00
 - Up to 8 virtual tour scenes
 - Still photos of the entire property

Platinum Package  $239.00
 - Up to 10 virtual tour scenes
 - Still photos of the entire property

Extras  
 - CD of all unprocessed high-resolution still photos:  $5.00
      (Untouched digital photos as shot from camera)
 - CD of all processed high-resolution still photos:  $20.00
      (Digital photos are sharpened, white-balanced, etc...)
 - Submission of "Virtual Tour" link to Realtor.com ("showcase" member):  Free

Simple websites begin at $199. Since most website projects are complex and depend on many variables, quotes will be given after considerable discussion of your wants, needs, and goals. Contact us for more details!

Graphic Design

Our hourly rate for graphic design is $45. As with the website creation, graphic design projects are often detailed with many variables involved. Please contact us for specific information!
